Sends each Authorization credential that --server-token-auth and --server-basic-auth do not accept to an external service or program, which approves it by echoing the request’s nonce. A denial answers 401; a delegate that fails or does not answer in time answers 503. Delegated authentication gives the payload and the answers.

A URL must be https://, or http:// on a loopback host. A command is split like a shell command line, without a shell, and runs with the payload on stdin.
